Welcome to our beach house! The living areas at 3A Mellon Udrigle have been thoughtfully designed to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings while providing all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Our bright and airy open-plan living and dining space have large windows that flood the room with natural light and frame the spectacular views of Mellon Udrigle’s pristine white sands and the majestic Highland mountains beyond. Whether you’re curling up with a book from our small collection, enjoying a family film night with Neflix or our extensive DVD library, or simply gazing out at the ever-changing seascape, this welcoming space invites you to relax and unwind.
The dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for gathering together for leisurely holiday meals whilst enjoying the panoramic vista. Our fully equipped modern kitchen adjoins this space, making entertaining a delight, with everything you might need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.
On cooler evenings, the central heating ensures the living areas remain cosy and inviting, while the free Wi-Fi keeps you connected (should you wish to share your slice of paradise with those back home). For those needing to mix a little work with pleasure, we’ve provided a desk area with stunning views – perhaps the most inspiring ‘office’ you’ll ever experience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms at 3A Mellon Udrigle

Our beach house offers three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to six guests, perfect for families or small groups seeking a coastal retreat.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and the convenience of an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, whilst the third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests. For families travelling with infants, we also provide a travel cot for your convenience. All bedrooms are supplied with fresh linens, and hairdryers are available for your use.
In addition to the master en-suite there is a separate shower room.
We provide bath towels as well as beach towels for your outdoor adventures, so there’s no need to fill your luggage with these bulky essentials.

Outdoor Space at 3A Mellon Udrigle

Step through the doors onto our generous south-facing patio, an extension of the living space where you can bask in the Scottish sunshine, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply sit back with a refreshing drink as the sun sets over the mountains. It’s here, with the gentle sound of waves in the background, that you’ll truly appreciate why Andrew Marr described Mellon Udrigle as “Heaven on Earth”. The large south-facing patio is located at the front of the house, perfectly positioned to make the most of the breathtaking views across the white sandy beach and towards the magnificent Highland mountains beyond.

This generous outdoor space provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining, relaxing with a morning coffee, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the water. We’ve designed this area as an extension of your living space, allowing you to fully appreciate the coastal setting and the ever-changing seascape.

For those exploring the area on two wheels, we provide secure storage in the garage for your belongings, along with four mountain bikes for your use during your stay: two men’s bikes, one ladies’ bike, and one child’s bike. All seats are fully adjustable, and helmets are provided for your safety.

The property enjoys plenty of safe, off-road parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.
For those daily essentials, you’ll find an outside clothes line in addition to the indoor washing machine/dryer—perfect for drying swimwear and towels after a day at the beach.

With the stunning Mellon Udrigle beach literally on your doorstep, our outdoor amenities extend to the natural playground that surrounds the property. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, windbreakers, beach games, and a cool red trolley to transport everything to the sand with ease—because we believe your holiday should be as stress-free and relaxing as possible.
